Shipping policy
Terms and Conditions:
・Customers will receive a "Order Confirmation Email" after completing the payment. Since the email service provider may misjudge our emails as spam, it is recommended to check the email inbox and spam box at the same time.
・Orders will be shipped via SF Express within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. After that, you will receive our tracking number via email.
・We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is damaged. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.
・To be eligible for returns, your item must be in the same condition as the item you received, unworn or unused, labeled, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
・To initiate a return, you can contact us at Joyfeel.Mirror@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.
