Refund policy

Please read the return or exchange policy specified for each product carefully before ordering.

If you find that the product is damaged/incomplete packaging after receiving the product, you can apply to us for return or replacement within three days of the date of receipt, subject to the following prerequisites:



(a) provide valid proof of details of the item(s) requested to be returned;

(b) Present valid documents/evidence to purchase the product in question from Joyfeel.Mirror;

(c) Take the image of the product in question and send it to us via email / instant messenger as evidence as soon as possible;

(d) Returned merchandise needs to be unused and in the condition in which it was originally sold;

(e) Provide all parts and accessories for the merchandise requested to be returned, including instructions, certificates, labels, markings, consumables, bags and boxes, etc.



Once you meet the above requirements, we will arrange for a return and exchange of the same product within seven days after the return is approved.
